When can I place an order at Northwest
Exclusive?
You can place an order online any time, any day of the
week. Our toll-free sales line is available Monday through Friday From 8AM -
5PM Pacific at 1-888.49.PRIME (888-497-7463). Deliveries are available Tuesday
through Friday. Each package is prepared for you and will ship within 24 hours
of your order, or tell us when you want the gift to arrive and we will
coordinate the shipment accordingly.
Are there shipping restrictions on holiday
orders?
Northwest Exclusive cannot deliver on holidays. We
understand the importance of timing for each and every gift or special
occasions, and due to heavy sales volumes during major holidays we encourage
you to place your holiday order well in advance of the big day. We will confirm
delivery dates and shipping options when you order, or feel free to send us an
email with the items you need, the zip codes you are shipping from/to, and when
you need them to arrive. We will respond with a proposed plan to get your gift
to it's new home on time.
How will the package arrive?
Every gift of beef
we send is packed carefully in special insulated shipping containers and
include refrigerant which means your gift will arrive in perfect condition.
Northwest Exclusive uses UPS to deliver your gifts, and depending upon your
needs and how far the gift is traveling you can choose from UPS Ground
(Washington and Oregon only), UPS 2 Day, or UPS Next Day services. Prices vary
by shipping time and distance, and we merely pass on our costs to you.
Where does your beef come from?
Northwest
Exclusive sources our beef from the highest quality Northwest sources,
primarily in Washington and Idaho. We only buy Prime beef or better, the
highest grade granted by the USDA. Our beef comes from cattle that are fed a
diet of corn, oats, barley, and other highly nutritious ingredients.
Why can't I get a steak like I'm served at my favorite
steakhouse?
With Northwest Exclusive, you can. All of our products
meet or exceed some of the finest chefs' standards across the country. Our
steaks are on par with those served in some of the finest restaurants
worldwide. Northwest Exclusive recognizes the direct correlation between high
quality ingredients and a fine dining experience, that is why we bring
northwest Prime directly to your door.
Can I get other products like American Kobe Beef or other
rare delicacies?
American Kobe (Wagyu) beef is limited because
there are so few herds to choose from. We do carry a limited supply of Wagyu,
but because demand is so high stock does run low at times. If you are
interested in a specific cut/volume please feel free to send us you're an email
with your request and we will respond with a date you can expect to receive
your Wagyu steaks. We are always listening to what our customers needs are and
invite you to submit your comments, questions, or concerns through our
website.
How long will my steaks last once I receive
them?
Your steaks were flash frozen after being aged an average of
28 days, and will come to you in a frozen state. Once you receive the steaks,
they will last for several months in the freezer or more than a week at
refrigerated temperatures. When you are ready to use your steaks, just take
them out of the freezer and place in the refrigerator. You should allow the
steaks to fully thaw for a minimum of 12 hours.
What if I want to order a combination/quantity I don't see
on you site?
We will be happy to fill your custom order. We often
get requests for large dinner parties, winemakers' dinners, weddings, corporate
events, and large family gatherings. We are happy to put together a special
package for you, and encourage you to contact us well ahead of time to ensure
we have the volume of aged beef you'll need for your big day. We also would
like to make it easy for you to send to multiple addresses if you have several
recipients on your list. Rather than filling in many fields and checking out
multiple times, please contact us by email or phone and let us know what you
want to send, by when, and to which zip codes. We can even accept an excel
spreadsheet with a list of recipients and we will put together each order for
you!
Can I buy wine legally on your website?
There
are several considerations when buying any alcoholic beverage online, and
Northwest Exclusive is committed to following the laws surrounding the sale and
shipment of wine. In order to sell wine on our site we must satisfy these

Do you sell food items other than beef?
Northwest Exclusive specializes in aged steaks, but from time to time we do
offer seasonal items. These items are typically limited time specials that are
best enjoyed during a particular time of year. Please check the
Seasonal/Specialty area of our website often for new and interesting items from
the northwest.
